Great place for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and a pet. You will enjoy the awesome proximity to Melbourne Historical District. You are 2 walking blocks from cafe's, coffee shops, fine/casual dining, music venues, boutiques, ice cream shoppe, bakery, Henegar Center of the Arts & much more!

Take the elevator up to your condo for easy access to your condo w/ private balcony! Great location, there are fun adventurous opportunities all within walking distance. Manatee watch point... right across the street! Enjoy the Harbour views, yachts, boats, canoe's, kayaks, wave runners... you get a chance to see it all! Perfect getaway!

Complete Condo is ready and available for you to enjoy!!!! Pool that is right there adjacent to the park! The entire condo space is there for your private enjoyment! The view in this condo is spectacular! If you like sunlit mornings, glistening water, boating views ...this is YOUR PLACE! Please feel free to text or call us. This condo is on the fourth floor and the view is incredible! There is a quaint old style train trestle that crosses the Harbor for your viewing pleasure... but along with that comes some noise. There are many that like the quaintness and entertainment of activity to view. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Tammy (the owner) a message.

If Tammy (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
