Newly renovated for 2020! The Marquise 204 is a beautiful 1300sq ft DIRECT beachfront condo! Spectacular views of the beach and sunsets from the comfortable indoor living space and from your private balcony. Being located on the top floor corner, this condo offers a great combination of quiet and privacy. Only one of ten units in this condo building. 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, (Sleeps 6). More than 12 restaurants within walking distance.

This 2 bedroom unit offers King size beds in both bedrooms and there is a queen size sleeper sofa in family room. Prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen with newer appliances. Enjoy great conversation in the dining area. Other conveniences, include: free wifi, 3 flat screen TVs with cable, Blu Ray, a full washer & dryer, high-quality linens and towels (no beach towels), A/C and ceiling fans in every room, and phone with domestic long-distance and local service. Park your car(s) in covered parking under the building and there is room for your guests, too. A small, personal gas grill is provided. This Condo located on the second floor - NO elevator - stairs to the Condo.

Indian Rocks Beach is just a 10-minute ride on the beach trolley to John's Pass Village, a large marina, shopping and dining complex that offers a variety of water sports rentals, casino boats and dolphin-watching or sunset cruises. Ten minutes to the north, you'll find another marina and a variety of shops and restaurants at Clearwater Beach, also home to the Clearwater Aquarium, the residence of dolphin movie star Winter from Dolphin Tale. For a taste of city life, nearby downtown St. Petersburg, a 20-minute drive from the beach, is home to several world-class art museums, including the renowned Salvador Dali Museum, and popular attractions less than an hour's drive away include Busch Gardens, Adventure Island and the Florida Aquarium. For day trips, Orlando, Disney World and Sea World are a 90-minute drive and both the Tampa International Airport and the St. Petersburg-Clearwater Airport are within a 30-minute drive.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Scott (the owner) a message.

If Scott (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
