The condo is very bright and wonderfully spacious and the building and grounds are immaculate! This lovely unit is at popular Captain's Cove of Indian Shores, a small waterfront complex on a beautiful stretch of the Intracoastal Waterway. Indian Shores is very popular with tourists from around the world. A wonderful condo in an outstanding complex in one of the nicest towns on the island makes this your perfect vacation getaway!

The unit is located across from the aquamarine waters and the white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. The well-manicured garden area surrounds the glistening heated pool. Relax on the extremely large balcony and delight to the sights of indigenous birds, dolphin, and manatee! The condo is very bright and wonderfully spacious and the building and grounds are immaculate! The complex features a sparkling, heated pool complete with restrooms, a fishing pier on the Intracoastal, and is across from the wide, sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico! The master bedroom suite features a king-sized bed, TV, en suite full bath, and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom has two twin beds, a TV, and a large closet. You'll also have use of a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. The large second bathroom features a tub/shower. The full kitchen is very spacious, bright, and airy and opens to the dining area and large living room. There is a TV and DVD in the living room. Having central air-conditioning, a washer and dryer in the unit, a dishwasher, a microwave, a garbage disposal in the kitchen sink, and a large refrigerator with ice and cold water dispensers will further add to your comfort and convenience. A wall of sliding doors in the living room leads to a large balcony with a table and chairs and a glorious view!

Absolutely no smoking in unit, balcony, stairwells, or any place that will disturb others!
We no longer accept cats but will consider dogs. Landlord reserves right to refuse a pet. Condo rules are specific on pets and there are rules on number, type, weight, etc. No pets can be left unattended in unit! If pets disturb others, the pet(s) cannot stay.
Management company provides linens, towels, and some soap, dishwasher soap, and toilet tissue for arrival and offers perks like use of bikes/dvds.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Lois (the owner) a message.

If Lois (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
