From the owner

Our current prices represents an exceptional deal as we have not implemented a price increase which reflects our recent kitchen and bath remodel. We have removed the wall between the kitchen and dining/living room giving the place a large open floor plan. Granite counter tops have been installed throughout the unit. The cabinets have all been updated and are now white with raised panel doors and appliances have been replaced with stainless steel. The place looks great. Once the photographer gets us some updated photos to post the prices will be adjusted accordingly.

Last Saturday of February through first Saturday of May only rented by the week and transcending Saturday cost the same as adding another whole week. Quotes adjusted accordingly.

$1000 cleaning fee assessed if any animal enters unit during reservation. Some guest are hypoallergenic to animals including service animals.

How do damage deposits work?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Donna (the owner) a message.

If Donna (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
