Why stay in a condo when you can stay at an OCEAN FRONT BEACH HOUSE? One of the last beach houses on Indian Shores. Step out of the door and into the sand. No stairs needed. This is a one bedroom one bath totally renovated one story beach house on Indian Rocks/Indian Shores. The living room has a fold out couch and the cottage sleeps a total of 4. The cottage has granite counter tops, microwave, stove, refrigerator, wifi, cable and is located near many amenities. You can rent jet skis and take deep sea fishing charters out of Johns Pass boardwalk or take a ride to Clearwater Beach which is less than 10 minutes a way. The cottage is conveniently located near grocery stores, bait stores, and restaurants. If you have any questions about the property feel free to email me and I will get back to you as soon as I can.

I'm sorry you had that experience. In Florida we cannot predict where birds and sea turtles nest. Theses animals do not always nest in that part of the beach. Last year there where a mile down the beach.There is a clear path to the beach and it is easy to avoid the nesting area. The nesting area was very small compared to the size of the beach. People are usually only spoken to when they cross the roped off area where sea turtles and birds nest. The cottage is not in between 2 condos. There is a two story house to the left of the house. Like the ad states this is just about the only 1 story beach left on the entire beach.There is a 3 story condo on the right side of the house. I am sorry you had this experience with the seabird sanctuary volunteers.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If PHILIP (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
