This is a well appointed 5 bed pool home located on the beautiful gated and guarded resort of Terra Verde.

This home has a beautiful lake view to the rear - enjoy watching the local wildlife with a morning coffee or evening wine. It is the relaxation your have been waiting for!

The home is on 2 levels - master bedroom and bathroom on the first floor as well as one other bedroom (with twin beds). All other bedrooms are on the second floor.

There is a games room in the garage too - just in case you have any energy left over from making some magical memories at the theme parks!

The resort also offers a business center & conference room, movie nights, fitness center. ATM, games room, , tiki bar, community pool, hot tub, volleyball, table tennis/ping pong, mini golf, hammocks, fishing lake, dry sauna. DVD rentals, basketball, hammocks, playground, lovely boardwalk over the lake...... It is a beautiful resort that you will find hard to leave!!

Once full payment has been made for your reservation we will email all the arrival information to you. You will be given a 4 digit code which is yours to use for the duration of your stay. This code will be used to open the front door. The code is changed for every guest. Inside the home there is also a property information folder which contains lots of great information for you including the wi-fi code, parking and trash information. On arrival, if during office hours, you will need to register all your vehicles at The Clubhouse and you will be given a parking pass for the duration of your stay. We are only ever a phone call away.

How do damage deposits work?
