Abitazione ad Introd in Valle d'Aosta di un appartamento appena ristrutturato,a pochi Km dalle più belle località sciistiche valdostane e all'imbocco del Parco Nazionale del Gran Paradiso, dove la natura è ancora incontaminata.

La struttura è composta da: cucina completamente attrezzata con annesso il soggiorno, bagno con doccia, 2 camere con 4/5 posti letto ed è inoltre possibile richiedere un lettino per neonato.

Biancheria camere e bagno SOLO SU RICHIESTA.

Animali domestici: non consentiti.

Vista la legge regionale 10/2023 sul territorio del comune di Introd è richiesta un imposta di soggiorno pari a 0,50€ per persona per notte di soggiorno. Tale tassa è da pagare in contanti al ricevimento delle chiavi. Sono esentati dal pagamento dell'imposta di soggiorno i minori di anni quindici e coloro che alloggiano per più di sette giorni consecutivi, dall'ottavo giorno di pernottamento in poi.

Nice practical 2 bedroom apartment

The 2 bedroom apartment is simple but practical. The owners living above are very friendly and helpful. Close to Aosta (15min drive or less) and allocated parking space next to the apartment

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Renato (the owner) a message.

If Renato (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
