This five bedroom self catering luxury Highland Holiday Home has three bright, airy en-suite bedrooms upstairs, two of which have walk in wardrobes and panoramic views over the Moray Firth and Inverness. The holiday accommodation also features a large landing area with sofa bed. The ground floor has two bedrooms with a shared bathroom / shower. There is also a fully fitted luxury modern kitchen with all top appliances including built in coffee maker and a utility room with washer/dryer and iron and ironing board. The lounge is fully equipped with TV and freesat. Outdoors there is a decking area at the front with a sun trap for sunbathing or having breakfast or lunch. The rear terraced garden has paths leading to communal woodland and walks. Garden furniture and a barbecue are also available. Large decked area with table and bench suitable for barbecues or sunbathing. Picnic table and bench in woodland garden with panoramic views overlooking the beach which is directly in front of the house. Dolphin and seal spotting area.
Perfect for family get-togethers, golfing holidays, weddings and special occasions. Especially suited as a base for Highland cycling tours with safe storage available for bikes.

The house is mind blowing. View was gorgeous. Felt at home. Very cozy. Would recommend to everyone to visit.
Great place for a weekend getaway. Location is nicely out the way and has great views over the water. The house itself was immaculate. Well furnished kitchen area and a spacious living room. Would definitely recommend
We booked this as a place to stay for a my mums 60th birthday. We are a large family and there was plenty room for us all to stay comfortably. There are lovely views with Inverness being within easy distance if you need anything. Would happily book again and Caroline was very quick to respond to any queries.

Just back from a wonderful stay at this Vila. Amazing location and unreal views, felt like we were abroad. The Vila itself is very clean and extremely spacious, excellent for any occasion, we all felt sad leaving as we had such a wonderful time here. My little brother even started to cry as we left as he said he wanted to stay here forever, will 100% be booking again

“Beautiful house and gorgeous location.”
I stayed in this house with a large family group. We were very impressed with the house and the wonderful location. The house itself is spacious and very comfortable, and also very clean. The kitchen is large and well appointed and the bedrooms are really comfortable. The only small negative we would say is that the outside area of the house appears somewhat unfinished and is not very child friendly. I'm sure that is something which will be attended to though. Overall, I would highly recommend this house and would be very happy to stay there again.
Response from the owner We are at present building a large double garage for our larger groups of guests who may have 3-4 vehicles, boats, canoes and other water sport equipment. Whilst we have guests staying we do not do any of the building work. Due to the busy first year we have had and July being the peak holiday season where the house is fully booked, for safety reasons the garage area is cordoned off with fencing. I have noted on the website that there is open sea views to the front of the house with a beach and also a natural babbling burn coming down the boundary of the property. The woodlands and rear garden is terraced on a slope. Therefore young children would require to be supervised.
“A hidden Gem!!”
When I first arrived I wasn't sure what the winding one way track would result in. However I was taken a back by what i saw. The interior of the house is very modern but welcoming at the same time. The rooms were nice and spacious with the added luxury of en-suite bathrooms. This house created memories that will stay with me for a life time as I will never forget walking outside to the shore and watching the fireworks along the Inverness coast line. Thank You Carol for letting us use your home as it was more than we could of ever asked for.
