The self-catering townhouse is conveniently located within walking distance of most of the 10 Ironbridge Gorge museums meaning there is no need for the car.

The townhouse is beautifully furnished and decorated. The attention to detail ensures each corner is filled with delightful surprises, adding warmth and character to make a home away from home. Sitting in a small courtyard the townhouse is surrounded by mouth-watering places to eat and drink, quaint shops - antique, books, boutiques and souvenir shops and wonderful walks to explore. Most of the 10 fascinating Ironbridge Gorge museums are within walking distance, so no need for the car.

Visitors will be spoilt by the many beautiful and scenic walks from the front door, so bring your walking boots and camera to ensure you don't miss a moment of the glorious ever changing landscape. You will find a good selection of walking maps in the lounge. Most museums are within walking distance, so no need for the car.

You could take a trip on the raft , or just relax in the cosy lounge with a drink, and watch the world go by.

The house consists of :

HALL - A small hall with coat hooks

LOUNGE - Stunning view of the Iron Bridge from the large sash window. The beautiful furnished lounge is an ideal place to relax after a busy day, or idly pass the time sitting either on the cosy sofa or armchair gazing at the Iron bridge. Enjoy a glass of hearty red with your nose in one of our books. Compliment. Free Wi Fi , Ultra HD 50" smart Tv with Netflix connection.

KITCHEN - Wonderfully equipped for all your self-catering needs, from a quick cuppa to three course meal. Fan assisted electric oven, 5 ring gas hob, extractor hood, microwave, dishwasher, integrated fridge and separate freezer, washing machine, four slice toaster, and all the crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, and all the utensils you could need. The co-op is less than a 3 minute walk from the house.

UPSTAIRS -

BEDROOM - The elegant bedroom features a king size bed & one single bed both with pocket sprung mattresses with sumptuous linen. Fabulous view over the river and the Iron Bridge. Ideal for a family or friends who don't mind sharing a bedroom. The room is beautiful light and bright.

BATHROOM - After a day exploring the local area unwind and indulge with a bath full of bubbles or enjoy the large corner shower. The perfect place for indulging in some relaxation and blissful pampering. Heated towel rail. Shaver point. Large Mirror. Bath mat. Small table to place your wash bags on. The shower has an anti-slip tray and the flooring in the bathroom is also anti-slip.

Soft white fluffy bath & hand towels are provided. Two sets of towels provided for each guest for week stays. Hair dryer supplied

HEATING - Gas central heating with combi boiler ensures hot water 24/7

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Susan (the owner) a message.

If Susan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
