In Normandy, near Evreux and Giverny, the middle of the triangle Paris-Rouen-Deauville, renovated old house charm on a large enclosed property "Aux 3 flowery nests". A haven of peace in a green setting, amidst a flowery garden. Calm, authenticity, tranquility, nature. Gite labeled Gîtes de France 3 ears and classified furnished with tourism 3 stars. The accommodation: Ground floor: entrance fully equipped kitchen open to the living room with wood stove, bay windows overlooking the garden, laundry, toilet. Floor: 1 spacious bedroom (1 bed 2 people 160x200 cm.) And 1 bedroom (2 beds 1 pers.), View of the garden from the 2 rooms are interconnecting, bathroom with toilet. Baby equipment (cot, high chair, cutlery child booster WC) available. The staircase is narrow staircase. Free wifi, beds made for your arrival. Bed linen and towels are provided. Heating (central heating), power (15kw / day), water and tourist tax. Cleaning end of stay: 40 € The property "Aux 3 flowery nests" includes this house, and another in which my husband and I live with our children. The cottage has its own private garden, away, with access to common areas including swings and slide. A parking space inside the property is reserved for you.     How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    If Marianne (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
