Vacation in style at this family friendly villa!! Located in a 24 hour guard gated community in Irvine. The whole family can spread out and relax at this resort-style 3-bed, 2.5-bath executive home with 1,650 square feet of living space.

This 2-story home with second floor entrance offers great living space and lots of natural light. The modern furnished living room features custom wood flooring, brand new white leather sectional sofa, gas fireplace, 46" HDTV, 3mb WiFi internet. 2 car side-by-side garage with inside access to the unit. The balcony off the living room is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee with a park view. Also on the main living floor is a convenient laundry room with full size washer and dryer.

Kitchen comes complete with side by siderefrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, filter water, ice maker, gas stove/oven, overhead microwave, and coffee/tea maker. The dining area features a new marble table with 6 comfortable leather chairs.

The spacious master bedroom, includes a brand new California King size bed framed in leather and TV with cable. The stone tiled master ensuite bathroom includes a soaking tub as well as separate shower, dual vanity sinks & 100 square foot walk-in closet.

The second and third bedrooms are furnished with new queen sized beds framed in leather and are next to a second full size family bathroom.

Resort style amenities in the community include pools / in-ground heated spas/BBQ area / playgrounds / parks / tennis court / bike trails and basketball courts / elementary school with summer camp! They are all only steps away!!! The property overlooks Peters Canyon walking/biking trail that leads all the way to the Pacific ocean. Nearby are the shops and restaurants of The Market Place.

This centrally located vacation villa is under 15 miles from South Coast Plaza, Disneyland, Angels Stadium, Honda Center and Newport Beach Pier.

Hollywood Bowl, Universal Studios, LAX, Rodeo Drive Beverly Hills, and Legoland are all located less than 60 miles away.

Was in Irvine for my sons wedding and the location was perfect.

We had a great stay. It was close to restaurants and markets. Was very clean and quiet. Also enjoyed the pool, and it was very close to the unit.

Marta and her families were a pleasure to host. Easily navigated to the Villa, great communication, friendly and easy going. They were fully occupied for most of their stay. I enjoyed talking with them - just wish we could have done more for them, but they were booked! Wonderful guests. We would like to see them back soon:)

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Shan Shan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
