The penthouse stands in the middle of an area which offers sunshine most of the year with mild temperautures even in winter months (you can swim from march to november). Outdoor activities are all very near by. City breaks in Cagliari and historic tours are within 30 minutes away. A natural reserve park is just 2 minutes from the resort.
Booking notes - 30% up front payment by bank transfer. Balance 30 days prior arrival. € 500 deposit charge in cash to be paid upon arrival. € 50.00 final cleaning charge applies and is not included in weekly rent. Final Cleaning fee is due 30 days prior arrival .
In some weeks during the summer a 2 weeks booking conditions may apply.
The penthouse faces south, over West Sardinian most enchanting, white, sandy beaches: from Nora to Chia. Theinterior is accurately finished with marble fully equipped kitchen, marble bathrooms with showers and elegant sinks with built in cabinets. Creamy tiles, oversized panoramic windows and high ceiling contribute to create a dreaming atmosphere. In the leaving room the dining table seats 10 guests. In the sitting room an ornamental fireplace, coffee tables, a comfy made in Italy sofa and armchair offer a relaxing area with majestic view. Satellite TV and DVD player complement this room. The master bedroom with built in wardrobe looks over Nora tower. The second bedroom with bunk bed is very colourful.
Designed by an interior designer for children, it can suit adults very well. Built-in wardrobe and a chest of drawer offer a lot of space for storage. Very refined pieces of furniture such as handmade mirrors, Tuscan and Venetian wall lights give the place a very unique touch. The whole apartment benefits from air conditioning and heating system. This penthouse extends over one level, therefore it is easy to access and move around.
Large beautiful terraces with sheltered area for alfresco dining with spectacular view and ?very nice back little garden. Large parking.
In the exclusive 27 holes golf resort that holds Italian Ope the Hotel (insite) offers restaurants, swimming pool (extra costs) bars...The place is 5 minutes drive from lively town centre Pula with restaurants, pizzeria & shops. Within the same distance there is Nora, the ancient Roman and pre-Roman town famous for its archaeological site, a fascinating marine lagoon, long sandy beaches and restaurants. Chia ,one of the most beautiful white sandy beaches in the world is about 15 min. driving.
