To Ischia Porto, dipped in the green of the pine forest, beautiful well furnished and equipped apartment on the 2nd floor without lift, staircase leading to a large terrace of coverage, with gazebo, barbecue and outdoor shower, very scenic, overlooking the sea and pine forest at 360°, in front of the Aragonese castle. Very quiet and genteel environment of only 5 units, with tree-lined private space where you can park your car. Located a few minutes walk from the Centre and from the beach, in a residential area well served with shops, supermarkets, bars, Church, public park with path of health. The apartment, recently renovated with new appliances, has two bedrooms (one double and one twin) with 4 total beds, a living room with TV and antenna socket for SKY TV, kitchenette and bathroom with shower. The locals are fresh, bright and well air-conditioned (hot and cold). Elegant and quiet environment even during periods of increased tourist influx, ideal for an unforgettable holiday far from traffic and stress, despite having everything at your fingertips.

    How do damage deposits work?
