Villa Castelluccia **** The Villa Castelluccia is located on Lake Varano in the province of Foggia, with private lake access and private beach. This magnificent holiday villa in the heart of the Gargano Nature Reserve offers everything a family and couples desire to relax and escape from everyday life. By means of a thermo-fireplace we heat ecologically pure. With a furnished roof terrace from which one has a breathtaking view of the lake. The living room The apartment is charming. On the large terrace you can eat, dream or just enjoy the peace and sunbathe. You also have an excellent panoramic view of the lake and the surrounding mountain range. The lovingly designed facilities: 3 bedrooms with double beds, wardrobes, a room with exclusive bathroom, large bathroom, large dining table in the living room, kitchen with gas stove and side by side refrigerator. The southwestern orientation ensures plenty of sun on the terrace. The location is perfect for having a 180 degree view of the lake. The apartment invites you to linger in bad weather. The villa is made of old masonry, so it is sustainable even on hot days. We do not need extra air conditioning for the sake of the environment. You live in the upper floor, which is separated by a separate staircase and entrance from the ground floor. Very easy to recognize on the pictures. Our apartment is separate on the ground floor, but we are happy about feedback, questions and on request, we are happy to provide information on excursions or insider tips. We live with Laika there, our watchdog and faithful partner. You should accept dogs, our shepherd dog is gorgeous and in a good mood. Our life on Lake Lago is diverse and individual. We respect your privacy, but also cordially invite you to evenings as it suits. Animals: On the site lives Laika, a wonderful white shepherd dog. She is reliably loving but also curious. You should be relaxed in dealing with dogs, could happen, he licks you when you are down, he likes to play. Also, we have a cat and some chickens running free on the property. They are very tame and people used to be a highlight for children. Infrastructure: For that you have relaxation, the most beautiful sky ever, time to come down, to enjoy you as a couple or family. We love it even in bad weather here. Nature is unique at all times. Perfect for stressed urbanites, even in winter. Arrival: It is enough if you inform us about the approximate time of arrival the day before so that we can meet you punctually at the site. If you need comprehensive information about the region, insider tips, cultural information, shopping or Aussteckips or you just want to exchange views then you can always seek an open discussion with the landlords.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Dario (the owner) a message.

    If Dario (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
