Eco-Friendly Custom Waterfront House for Rent. Step off the deck and place your feet directly into the warm Caribbean. Only 5 small steps from the ocean water this custom home is located on the Island of Bastimentos, Bocas Del Toro, Panama. Amazing views! The entire front of the house is rotating glass doors allowing you to scope out the surf breaks while enjoying your meals. Rainwater collection, hot water, open floor plan, 4 Handmade folding screens for privacy, Sleeps 6, adults and children are welcome, (2 queen beds, 1 double futon, 2 singles via bunkbeds, and hanging hammocks throughout! ), Large Natural Stone Bathroom with dual shower heads, Internet provided via USB stick (Bring your own computer with a USB port $5/week or $15/month), International Cell Phone Provided (add prepaid minutes). We leave 2 of our surfboards and our Laird PaddleBoard for guest use during your stay. Please return these boards as you borrowed them. If dinged or damaged please repair so the next guest can enjoy this feature too. Caretaker on site for all inquires.

We really enjoyed being on the water with the breeze coming through the sliding doors. Right next to Firefly for dinner (get reservations). The sound of the waves will lull you to sleep.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Lorenna Lerohl (the owner) a message.

If Lorenna Lerohl (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
