This 2 bed, 2 bath villa is comfortably furnished for either holiday or longer term rentals. The villa is on the Mojon Hills Resort, close to the pretty traditional Spanish village of Isla Plana, and just 5 minutes drive from Puerto de Mazarrón.

The villa has stunning sea views from the upper solarium, and provides the ideal location for either a relaxing holiday or a longer stay.

The villa has an open plan living area with a comfortable sofa bed (allowing it to sleep 6 people) , large TV, music centre, WiFi and ample space to relax. The open plan dining area has seating for 4, but there is also plenty of patio furniture and the opportunity to dine on the terrace, with views over the resort and to the sea.

The kitchen has a fridge freezer, washing machine,oven and hob, microwave, kettle and toaster and everything you need for a self catering break in the sun. The lounge has French windows leading onto the covered sun terrace with feature arches. The owners have provided loungers and patio furniture for use outside the villa and on the private upper solarium. The communal pool can be seen from the terraces and upper solarium, so it is ideal for keeping an eye on the more active members of the family whilst lazing in the sun.

There are 2 bedrooms, a master double room with en suite shower room and a second twin bedroom. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and are furnished to a high standard.

There is also a second family shower room. The villa has air conditioning throughout which tuns from a meter system.Guests are given 10€ credit and may buy more cards on arrival if required.

Externally there is off road parking for one car, and the rear of the villa has a small garden area with stairs leading up to the solarium, with a wooden pergola giving shade from the summer sun. This is ideal for private sun bathing and has views over the resort to the Mazarrón coast. The location of this villa makes it ideal for families as it is adjacent to the communal pool, with a safe kids pool, grassy areas and spa pool.

Pets are allowed but only by prior approval. Please ask before booking. An additional cleaning fee of 25 euro is due when applicable.

This is a villa with all the you could want for a relaxing break, close to safe sandy beaches on the Costa Calida, one of the warmest regions of South Eastern Spain (the clue is in the name). The views are stunning, a beautiful bay, South facing with many little coves and inlets, framed by rugged mountains that announce this is a Spanish coast.

The villa is fully fitted for a comfortable easy holiday for a family or any group up to six. It is right next to a communal pool which can be seen from almost any part of the villa, including the terrace, the solarium and the dining area, making it perfect for watching children at play. Breakfast or dinner on the terrace looking out over the bay, the lovely town of La Azohia in the distance and the view of the sea is worth the visit alone.

Fittings and furniture are of a high standard, both bathrooms have shower cabinets and lots of lights, there is air conditioning ( 10€ credit included and runs on a card meter) and a well equipped kitchen with everything you would need for a relaxing self-catering holiday. Wifi is available at the villa.

If eating out is on the menu the pretty village of Isla Plana is a few minutes walk away, on the beach. There is a supermarket (that will also deliver) and some local shops with all the provisions you might need and a selection of bars and restaurants for an enjoyable evening. A few minutes drive away is Puerto Mazarron - a typical small Spanish town with a harbour and a new marina. The local fishing fleet provides good fish to the bars and restaurants in the town, and there is a promenade with a wide selection of outdoor restaurants to choose from.

Yoga classes are available in the local village and can be arranged for you. Additionally private classes can be arranged at the villa,which has a lovely pergola on the upper solarium to offer shade for the yoga area. We can also organise to have several villas hired together and a complete self catering yoga holiday provided for the occupants. This is provided through our yoga holiday tour company.

Nearby the Sierra Espuna National Park has great walks and trails, there is a big selection of golf courses within a 30 minute drive and the Paramount Park development will provide a Disneyland type attraction only 20 minutes drive away. Cartegena is a walled naval port where the Armada sailed from, Murcia is the delightful Moorish capital for the region, full of historical charm and both are within 30 minutes drive.

This property is legally registered as a holiday home with the Murcia Tourist Board.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
