Beachside apartment with spectacular sea and mountain views from all rooms, this fabulous third floor generously sized apartment has an amazing terrace where you can sit and watch the sun go down over the bay of Mazarron. The great pool and garden area is well maintained. Beach chairs, cool box, table and a brolly for the beach which is on the doorstep are available. This two bedroom property has an en suite to the master bedroom and separate shower room, fitted with contemporary furnishings in the lounge and bedrooms. The kitchen has everything you need for a great holiday, including dishwasher and washer/drier, the property has air con throughout. There is a children's play area and tennis court with spotlights for residents use onsite, tennis racquets and balls provided. Free residents parking is available.

You will be met on the car park at the apartments where you will be handed over your keys for the duration of your stay. The property is located on the outskirts of Isla Plana, where you will find several restaurants and bars serving typical Spanish cuisine. If you would like some action for your stay there are diving schools in the area or if you prefer a more relaxed approach you can take a sight seeing or fishing boat trip from the larger resort of Mazarron. The apartments are a 5 minute drive away from here where you will find an array of all kinds bars and restaurants, Spanish, Chinese, Indian too much choice! It is possible to walk along the beach coastline into the larger resort of Mazarron, this will take approx. 40 minutes..

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Carole (the owner) a message.

    If Carole (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
