"THE BEST GERM IN PUERTO RICO" is a majestic luxury house with private parking in a gated neighborhood, with just another 11 houses. It’s located in Isla Verde, Carolina, which is one of the most touristic areas in Puerto Rico. Located 3 minutes from the Luis Muñoz Marin International Airport, the Old San Juan, El Condado and Santurce. This exclusive area has great commercial activity and the country's leading hotels. You will be just a few steps from the Isla Verde beach (3 minutes walking distance), restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets, gift-souvenir shops, nightclubs, casinos and other everything else that the tourist zone offers.

The house is huge, which is impossible to find in this area, and consists of a large living room with modern and comfortable furniture, dining table with 6 table, 2 stool seats, and 2 pair of sofa, TCL TV 55 "screen TV with varied programming in Spanish and English, and wireless internet. There 3 huge bedrooms: 1st, King bed side and a futon, AC, fan and closet; 2nd, 3 bunk beds (twin side), AC and closets; 3rd, Queen side bed, AC, fan and closets. There is an extra closet with iron and iron table. 2 beautiful private bathrooms, with cold-hot water in the whose house; dining luxuriously decorated and fully equipped with stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, washer and dryer machine, and other kitchen supplies. There are free essentials for a maximum of 10 people, sheets, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. The patio is amazing, with BBQ, tables, seats, a dominoes table and hammocks.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jesus (the owner) a message.

If Jesus (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
