Description

Located in the pastoral village of Islamlar, some 15 minutes drive from the popular seaside resort of Kalkan, this unique Honeymoon villa has been designed using an aesthetic blend of stone and timber to create a magnificent blend of authentic and modern styles.

Purpose-built for the use of honeymoon couples, total privacy has been achieved by the use of levels and landscaping, enabling guests complete freedom and seclusion.

The villa itself is a split-level design, with the lounge and kitchen being located on the middle entrance level, the bedroom and bathroom on the upper level, and a sauna, sport salon and the heated indoor pool on the lower level below the bedroom.

The entrance level, consisting of the luxurious lounge and open plan kitchen, includes a stone-built fireplace with rocking chairs (firewood is supplied in the winter months), a reading corner and a television viewing area. The 48 inch LED television is equipped with a Digiturk package enabling guests to view a vast variety of movie and other English channels at their leisure.

The bedroom on the upper level has been designed for maximum romantic ambience, with an enormous circular bed and large jacuzzi, with spectacular views out across the Islamlar vally towards the sea. The luxurious bathroom is located en-suite.

Located below the bedroom, the indoor pool (dimensions 6.5 x 3m, depth 1.25m), is heated at no extra charge over the months of September until June. It is heated to a maximum of 26-27 degrees C (any higher temp. would encourage growth of harmful bacteria). The pool also has a water cascade feature, a colour changing therapy LED lighting system, amd massage jets. In short guests can enjoy a pool regardless of the weather conditions outside. Adjacent to the indoor pool there are several pieces of exercise euquipment for health conscious guests use.

For outdoor swimming there is a large outdoor pool,(10 x 3.5m, depth 1.45m) and a shallow heart-shaped hydro massage pool, (3.5 x 3.5m depth 80cm). The villa’s garden encorporates a dining area with adjacent stone-built barbeque, hammock, seating area, swing, - basically everything guests would need to enjoy themselves by the pool!

The external areas of the villa are secluded from outside view by a combination a attractive fencing and landscaping.

The villa is located approximately 6 miles from the resort of Kalkan, some 15-20 minutes drive away. There is a 165 yard stretch of unmade road leading from the main road to the villa’s road, which is of concrete construction. There is a local grocers shop located approximately 3 miles from the villa which can provide guests basic Essentials. Additionally several local grocers provide a free delivery service to surrounding villas.

How do damage deposits work?
