This exclusive bayside home is situated in a secluded location on Islamorada with quick access to the Florida Bay and Atlantic Ocean. Your island retreat has its own full kitchen, living and dining rooms, laundry facilities, private entrance and convenient on-site park parking. Relax in the chikki hut while soaking in the beauty of the wide, private canal. Catch a glimpse of the elusive manatee grazing on the sea-grass as it swims by the dock.

Conveniently located near Channel 2 and 5 bridges, you are within a quick 5 minute boat ride to the Atlantic Ocean. Go snorkeling or scuba diving in the amazingly clear waters of the Florida Keys at local reefs such as Alligator Lighthouse. Follow sea turtles and chase fish as you enjoy the lush reef life that make the Florida Keys so famous. Being in the 'Sportfishing Capital of the World' allows you access to many world renown fishing guides for excursions tailored to your linking in blue water and/or backcountry waters.

The house is fully furnished with a queen sized bed in bedroom 1 and a trundle bed which opens to 2 twins or 1 king size bed in bedroom 2 and a sleeper sofa off the kitchen. Enjoy your own patio with a BBQ just for your personal use. Your house has 3 central air and heat units with your own controls. There is also 1 full bath with a large walk in shower and an extra half bath for your convenience. A smaller 1 bedroom unit is available also for smaller parties.

A two person kayak, 2 bicycles, 2 beach chairs and 2 fishing poles are available for your pleasure, along with free dockage. Bring your boat and keep it in the water while storing you trailer free of charge. Enjoy floating and snorkeling in the warm, crystal clear water of the private lagoon or travel to any of the local beaches to just bask in the sun.

If Chris (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
