This unit is a duplex with 2 full Bedrooms and 2 full Baths - plus a loft in the master bedroom that sleeps an additional 2. There is also an electric EZ Bed for larger groups. Also included is a gas BBQ Grill in the back porch and use of any of the recreational items at the unit.

Located in the most desirable of the Florida Keys, the condo offers everything you'd expect from a luxury rental and more. The complex has the amenities of a 5 star resort without the crowds. Our beach (right on premises) offers you the opportunity to enjoy great snorkeling, kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing etc.

One thing you don't want to miss is our sunsets. Touted as being some of the best in the world, the sunsets from onsite beach and dock are second to none!!!

Literally feet away from our condo is Founders Park. This public park is the gem of Islamorada and boasts a palm-shaded beach, swimming pool, marina, skate park, tennis, and plenty of other facilities. If you want to rent a boat or learn to sail, businesses here can help you. admission by car is just $8 to enter the park but if you'd like to walk, it's less than 3 minutes from our unit. To use the Olympic-size pool there is a change of $3 for the day. There is also a shallow water beach which is ideal for swimming and families with little ones. Showers and bathrooms are beachside.

Music lovers can enjoy warm, tropical evenings and daylong music festivals on the lawn of the outdoor, waterfront ICE Amphitheater located right inside the park

If you enjoy fishing, you've come to the right place. Known as the Sport-Fishing Capital of the World, Islamorada is where backcountry sport fishing and saltwater fly fishing were pioneered. It's where legendary fishing figures including Ted Williams, Jimmy Albright, and Cecil Keith plied their trade.

Perhaps the world's highest density of professional offshore charter boats with tournament-grade captains can be found here. Islamorada's unique location, lying between Florida Bay (the "backcountry") and the Atlantic Ocean (the "front side"), provides an unrivaled diversity of fishing opportunities.

The Gulf Stream flows past the islands from 10 to 20 miles offshore, bringing seasonal visitors like sailfish and marlin, kingfish and wahoo, dolphin (mahi-mahi) and tuna close enough to shore to be targeted by small-boat anglers. Tarpon and bonefish are among inshore species coveted by light tackle anglers.

Diving and snorkeling are another favorite pastime in Islamorada.The 120-mile Florida Keys island chain is home to the continental United States' only living-coral barrier reef. This teeming backbone of marine life runs the length of the Keys about five miles offshore and offers Florida Keys scuba diving vacation memories that last a lifetime.

Our coral formations are famous for their abundance of fish, from impressive schools of blue-striped grunts to toothy green moray eels. The U.S. government established the Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary to protect our marine habitat.

Preserving the reef is a top priority for a good reason. There is no more versatile marine destination in the world. We have coral-encrusted ship wrecks and intricate natural coral formations. We have shallow reefs for snorkelers, and a range of deeper reefs for experienced divers.

Most dive sites are equipped with convenient mooring buoys to save the reef from anchors and make it easy for boaters to tie off. Most sites are a short boat ride from our islands, where dozens of highly professional dive operators are ready to cater to you.

Once you visit the Keys, you'll see why some of the some of the most renowned dive photographers and writers in the world make this their home base.
