Quiet neighborhood. Fully furnished, spacious air conditioned private apartment on Captains Ridge, Island Harbour with a panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean. Very spacious apartment (over 2,000 square ft). Enjoy the ocean view from the master bedroom, master bathroom, living/dining area, kitchen and laundry area. Roomy master bathroom with walk-in closet, his and her vanity sinks and 8ft x 3ft wide shower area. Second bedroom and accompanying roomy bathroom with walk-in closet is available.Second bathroom contains ample 7ftx3ft wide shower area. Two Flat screen televisions--Roku smart stream TV in master bedroom (with Netflix available); the other in living room. DVD player with extensive movie collection available. Kitchen equipped with modern appliances and dishwasher. Whole house generator installed to keep the lights, fans, air condition, refrigerator, etc on when electrical outage occurs. Two Supermarkets only 2 -5 minutes' drive away. Relax at the beach---10 minutes drive away from world renowned Shoal Bay East. Enjoy the usual breathtaking sunset from the apartment, or if you are lucky, view a double rainbow. Paul and his group are wonderful people. Totally enjoyed their company. It was sad to see them leave. They enjoyed the island, its culture and made many friends. I loved every minute of their company. They kept the place in good condition, treated the place with respect and followed the house rules. Best of all, they were fun to have around. I totally enjoyed Derek and his group. His group totally enjoyed the island. As the telecom services was down, we were able to provide him with a cell phone with data plan activated so it could be used as a hotspot to have access to the internet. It was important that our guest be comfortable and have a good experience. Derek and his group treated the place with respect and followed the house rules. We would welcome them back anytime.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Yolande (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
