Villa Aska is a small stone house of 80 square meters located near, but completely separate from the family Mihajlovic home, having its own 40 m2 terrace with separate entrance and a beautiful view of the Lopud bay. Villa Aska is designed to be one large apartment, ideal for guesting six people, who want to spend holidays in a house which feels like home. The stone made terrace, which extends around the entire Villa Aska, occupies more than 25 square meters. The terrace is equipped with a table and chairs so that guests can dine outdoors freely, enjoy the warm summer evenings or sunbathe in their own private area, while enjoying the sound of the crickets and smell of the Mediterranean herbs from the family garden. Same as the guest of apartments Beti and Dino, all the guests of Villa Aska can enjoy in outdoor Jacuzzi on a large terrace in the garden. The house is being entered through large glass doors, which take you to a single spacious room that unites living room, dining room and kitchen. The room is bathed in the light through several windows and two doors that take you out to the terrace from the kitchen and the living room. The large sofa in the living room can be doubled as bed for two, but if children are sleeping on sofa, it can easily serve three people. The living room is equipped with LCD television with satellite channels and DVD player, along with air conditioning. From living room, or any part of the house or the terrace, guests can connect to high speed wireless internet 24/7 free of charge. Cooking enthusiasts will surely be delight when they enter the kitchen. In addition to the modern design and numerous kitchen appliances, it offers a perfect view of the sea in which you can enjoy while cooking. The kitchen has a dishwasher, refrigerator and electric oven with cooker, microwave, kettle, filter coffee maker and with all the usual necessities, such as glasses, cups, plates, cutlery, bowls, pots, pans and the like. However, if you notice that something is missing, please feel free to contact landlady Fikreta for help. Along with the kitchen and the living room, the house comprises of two bedrooms with large double beds and bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Beds at Villa Aska, along with furniture in all rooms, are arranged to meet the highest anti-allergy standards. The bathroom is equipped with washing machine. Linens and towels are changed regularly. Landlady Fikreta throws out trash on daily basis and each week cleans apartments. This is also not charged additionally.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
