Great accommodation and bright apartment. It has air conditioning, with 2 bedrooms (one with bed 150x200 and one with 2 beds 90x190), two bathrooms (one with shower and one with bath), fully equipped kitchen (fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave , toaster, coffee maker and kitchenware), bright living room with fireplace giving access to a large terrace with direct pool apple and accessed by private solarium, located on the top floor views. From there you can see the entire development and a large pine forest within the golf club. It is ideal for sunbathing or enjoy long evenings. It has a superb south orientation and has garage space and storage. SERVICES AND AREAS Urbanization is completely closed. Features: - Swimming pools. - paddle and tennis. - Social Club with large gardens. - Small playground. - Interior Lake with wooden bridge, ducks and turtles, ideal for the enjoyment of the little ones. - Located next to a shopping center. Neighborhood description Golf enthusiasts will find themselves in paradise, as it is located on the same golf course, close to the clubhouse, where you can enjoy their facilities every month of the year due to good weather site. The beach is 600 meters. It is ideal for relaxing, walking, sports, being a very quiet, and if you want to search for restaurants, pubs, cafes and shops, they can find nearby. To taste and buy the best fresh produce from our coast may go to the food market of La Antilla, Isla Cristina or (very close to the housing population). There you will find the famous white Huelva prawns, clams, fresh fish and our strawberries. Another major attraction is the proximity to the area of ​​the Portuguese Algarve, approximately 30 km. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Laura (the owner) a message.

If Laura (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
