The building is located right in front of the main pier used by large motor vessels and smaller private boats.

It dates back to the early XIX century and its façade has recently been renovated. Its balcony with colourful flowers adds another lively touch to the whole scene.

The apartment is on the first floor and overlooks the lake, it has a central position and an unparalleled view from its very long balcony. The furniture inside recreates the ancient atmosphere.

It can accommodate up to 5 people. The spacious dining and living room is richly decorated with frescoes, paintings, and an old fireplace. From the table you can admire the lake and its boats. There are two bedrooms: the first with a double bed and a single bed , and the second with a bunk bed. The kitchen and the bathroom, recently renovated, are large and comfortable.

A holiday on this Island is an exclusive and unforgettable experience, a journey in the past, a perfect escape from routine… when the last boat and the last daily tourist leave the Island you can appreciate it in its full authenticity.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
