Situated in a naturally beautiful area, the location is perfect for those who are looking for a taste of wild Sardinia in all its glory, and ideal for exploring on foot or by bike. The landscape has many winding paths through the natural brush and scrubland, looking over the craggy coastline with its fantastic beaches and small coves. Located in a residence covering 100 hectares, with shared natural gardens. Easy access to shops, restaurants and more. Also, walk to nearby Marinedda beach, described by Bell’Italia as one of the “sand and water paradises of Sardinia where it is worth swimming at least once in your life”.

Your apartment, situated on the coast, has easy footpath access to the adjacent beach only 400 metres / 5 minute walk. Located in a residence covering 100 hectares, with shared natural gardens. Easy access to shops, restaurants and more. Also, walk to nearby Marinedda beach, described by Bell’Italia as one of the “sand and water paradises of Sardinia where it is worth swimming at least once in your life”.

The large terrace brings nature right to your door, with its greenery and wild vegetation. This cottage-apartment offers comfortable accommodation and a peaceful atmosphere, in a location with a very traditional Sardinian look and feel. The apartment front door leads to a living area and open plan kitchen and then onto a large terrace with a granite table for alfresco dining. It is tastefully furnished and finished with paintings specially commissioned to reflect the colours and style of this very natural unspoilt and sensitively landscaped countryside. Free wifi is available near to your apartment.

The area is known for its crystal clear waters and incredible natural beauty, including sandy beaches, hilly pine forests and unusual red rocks, and your apartment is set in a truly rural location. The adjacent beach is accessed via a dedicated footpath starting at the apartment grounds, and sits in isolated bliss between craggy rocks and unspoilt countryside. There is an area of the beach where sun loungers and parasols can be hired for a small fee. There are also tennis courts which can be hired situated by the entrance gate to the properties. Positioned in the north west of Sardinia between Castelsardo and Santa Teresa di Gallura in the Gulf of Asinara.

A short drive inland is a naturally hot spring spa and river. Relax in the warm river water or visit the Spa Centre next door, offering treatments such as mud baths, massages and more. Horse riding, diving, surfing, boat excursions, sailing and an aqua park are all activities which can be found in the local area, as well as the best of Sardinian and Italian cuisine.

Other nearby places include the quaint fishing town of Isola Rossa with its town beach, Trinita’ d’Agultu, La Maddalena Archipelago, Santa Teresa, Castelsardo – a town overlooking the coast built on the side of a steep rock with a castle at the top, Aglientu and Badesi, which has an incredibly long, sandy beach backed by dunes which attract many types of birds.

Monte Pulchiana offers interesting sights such as the largest granite monolith in Sardinia, and there are plenty of charming nuraghe - ancient Sardinian dwellings – to be enjoyed. Be sure to visit Valle della Luna (Moon Valley, a natural valley reminiscent of a luna landscape), and coastal bays with large granite rocks sculpted by the mistral winds into some of the most fantastic shapes, including one in the form of an elephant!

The location is perfect for those who are looking for a taste of wild Sardinia in all its glory, and ideal for exploring on foot or by bike. Most airlines offer numerous routes to Sardinia, especially into Olbia and Alghero airports, both of which are within easy reach of our property at approx 85 km away (50 miles). Cagliari Airport is 254 km away (150 miles), should that be more convenient for your point of departure.

How do damage deposits work?
