This holiday home is centrally located in the heart of Istanbul, in the district of Üsküdar, directly on the Bosphorus. In just a few steps away from the Bosphorus, the Maiden Tower and stroll along the waterfront, dine in the many restaurants or stay in the malls and oriental markets.

Üsküdar is located on the Anatolian side of the Bosphorus, and is one of the oldest districts of Istanbul. It has its own flair and a special charm through the many ancient mosques and buildings. Üsküdar is also well known by the Maiden's Tower which stands on a small Island in the Bosphorus, and today is home to one of the top restaurants in Istanbul.

For exploring the sprawling city, you can use the many ships and buses within walking distance. By boat you can reach in only 7 minutes the opposite shore of the Bosphorus, and other attractions such as the Dolmabahce Palace. You can also reach in a few minutes the opposite ship stop Eminonu from which you can explore the Topkapi Palace, the Hagia Sophia or the Grand Bazaar (Kapali Carsisi). There are also nice trips to the surrounding areas of Istanbul like the Princes' Islands, or a cruise on the Bosphorus for that you should plan one day.

The very spacious apartment is on two floors and has a total of approximately 180 m². The lower level has a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, living room and two balconies. The upper floor extends over a large living room with kitchenette, bathroom, bedroom and a large terrace.

A total of six (6) beds are available, which consists of a double bed in the downstairs bedroom, a double sofa bed in the downstairs living room and two single beds as a sofa bed in the upstairs bedroom.

From all bedrooms the upper floor and the terrace you have a beautiful view of the Bosphorus, the Bosphorus Bridge and the opposite bank of the Bosphorus. On the terrace, you can arrange barbecues and have cool drinks to end the day. The property is maintained by a German couple and complies German standards in cleanliness.

Üsküdar you reach from Airport Istanbul the fastest with the Taxi or with the Bus (IST-1) to the Yenikapi Marmaray Station (modern tram under Bosphorus) and Marmaray to Uskudar (about 110 Min.). It is also possible with the Bus (IST-5) to the Besiktas with ship to the Üsküdar (about 110 Min.), Besiktas to take the boat to Uskudar (about 7 Min.). From Sabiha Gokcen Airport by bus through Kadikoy to Uskudar (about 120 Min.). Detailed information is available from your hire.

How do damage deposits work?
