Irini Seaview House is a comfortable and modern triplex of 180 m² located right in the heart of the old neighbourhood of Sultanahmet, 150m from the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia, close to the “Four Seasons” Sultanahmet hotel.

“Irini” means “peace” in Greek. We have furnished the house and its private sea view terrace for you to enjoy moments of peace in the hustle and bustle of the lively city of Istanbul. You’ll enjoy taking breakfast surrounded by plants and flowers whilst admiring the view over the Marmara Sea and the Prince islands.

3 levels of 60m² each & a 60m² private terrace.

Sleeps 1 to 4 comfortably in 2 bedrooms. It is possible to use the couch in the living room as a single bed for a 5th person.

Air conditioning, central heating, Internet at all levels.

You'll have the services of a private maid. Housekeeping is done every second day. Your laundry can be done without an extra charge upon request.

Ground floor: Bedroom with the option of double bed or twin beds. Enjoys a luxury ensuite modern bathroom (sink, shower and W.C).

First floor: Beautiful spacious master bedroom with a queen size bed and a luxury bathroom (sink,shower, bathtub and W.C).

Second floor : Incredible fully equipped modern kitchen, designed with expertise to ensure comfort and practicality.

Expresso and filter coffee machines, blender, juicer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven...

The dining area and living room are on the same floor.

Terrace

Spacious stunning terrace that enjoys wonderful views of Istanbul and Marmara Sea, with comfortable furniture and beautiful flowers.

Why can't I call Anne (the owner) before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Anne (the owner) a message.

If Anne (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
