From the owner

Casa LoBueno is a family owned (120 sq.mtr.) apartment, situated at the first floor of a historical building close to the Galata Tower, Beyoglu. It is located between the M2 metro exit (Sishane) and the tram line . It is in walking distance to Istiklal Street, the pedestrian street of Beyoglu known as Pera nostalgically. Its central position makes it exclusively efficient for cultural sightseeing, shopping and entertainment.
The Galata Tower is just around the corner and the pedestrian street of Pera is a few minutes away, offering a wide variety of choices for shopping, entertainment, art galleries and dining. It is at a distance of 2 km to the Historical Peninsula (the Old City) where most of the museums are situated and other cultural sightseeing is available.

The apartment was recently renovated to meet the contemporary comfort standards. It is redesigned to accommodate 6 people. It consists of a master bedroom (with a double bed), one bedroom with two single beds and a living room with a convertible sofa. There are two bathrooms with shower; one of which is in the master bedroom.
The kitchen is equipped with electrical appliance (refrigerator, stove and cooking hood) as well as coffee machine, kettle and toaster.

Flat TV and free wireless internet is available in the living room.

Infant bed and high-chair are available upon request during reservation.

House cleaning , laundry , dry cleaning and airport shuttle services are arranged with prior notification.

Welcoming other than Monday-Saturday non-usual working hours being subject to 40€.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Doret & Izel (the owner) a message.

If Doret & Izel (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
