In the most desired city in Turkey, in the most desired neighbourhood of Istanbul and in the most desired location in Taksim, you can have a great room for your stay while visiting Istanbul. Just walking distance to the subway, fine dinning, art galleries, nightlife and shopping.

The apartment is big and fully furnished. It also has a huge balcony with a beautiful view onto the garden. Every service is included to the price; cleaning, 7/24 hot water, electricity, gas and wi-fi. Clean towels and bed sheets will be provided upon your arrival.

- The apartment is well-heated during winter.

- Hi-speed wireless Internet is available.

- In the kitchen, I have a coffee machine, an electric kettle, a oven, stove, cooking utensils and a dishwasher. You can cook. If I have spare time, I can cook for you as well.

- I'd rather you don't smoke in the apartment. You can smoke in the balcony, though.

The apartment is situated in the inner Galatasaray, a very central neighborhood. It's very close to Taksim Square, which provides countless opportunities for shopping on "Istiklal" with a walking distance to Istanbul's must-see sites such as Galata and Sultanahmaet.

In terms of public transport the apartment is conveniently located close to Taksim central subway station, which provides transport to any place in Istanbul as well as the more residential outskirts of the city. The Tram is also close by for quick en-route distinations within Istanbul. There are also busses, minibuses and fairies.

Apartment is is centrally located just a short walk from many popular sites in Istanbul's populer areas of Taksim and Beyoglu. Visit historical sites such as churches, synogouges and mosques. See Istanbul's art and culture with many museums, theaters, concert halls, festivals and cinemas. It is less than 3 minutes' walk from Taksim Square, Istiklal Street, Beyoglu, where the hearth of city and nightlife.

You can also walk to busstation in 2 minutes where you can go to old city for a touristic tour. It takes around 20-25 minutes to reach there by bus, and Istanbul's most populer Street called Istiklal Caddesi just takes 5 minutes away by walk.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
