We are 19 KM from the nearest sea, Uccellina Park.

Is close close to many places to visit all around.

The indipendent house is placed between a brook and a oak and oak wood. We are in a very special Italian zone, full of vineyard and silver olive yards, a kind of green oasis.

The house (90 m2) has a very quiet, relaxing position. You can enjoy it in all its corners, The main building of the property was a mill (600 century) and now the restored cosy annex is to let.

It's the ideal for vacation for 4 persons and it is possible to add an extra bed (at the price of euro 14,00 per day),

2 bathrooms with shower, washing machine, large and comfortable living room with fireplace,

Well equipped kitchen, electric oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher.

There is no air conditioning because it remains very fresh, windows have mosquito nets.

The dehor (50m2) is furnished with a gazebo with table for outdoor dining, chaise longue and barbecue.

We are especially present at your arrival to give you all the details possible; Then we will meet from time to time in the large park around the house. TO BE RELAX I love this place, it's a family home, my parents have created a wonderful garden, me and my sister sabine along with my mother we try to make it unique.
