A cozy venue for couples who want to spend quality time together away from the stresses of daily life and for special occasions such as wedding anniversaries and honeymoons!

Conveniently located for for hikers, bikers and kayakers, Wine&Beer lovers!!

Mallard is situated on 15 acres of organic conservation land yet only 7 miles from downtown Ithaca.

Hikers will love our surroundings as the Finger Lakes Trail runs just below the property. In addition we are:

1 1/2 miles from Robert Treman state Park/ Lucifer Falls and 3 other State Parks, all with beautiful waterfalls within a 10 mile radius.

7 miles from downtown Ithaca.

9 miles from Cornell.

5 miles from Ithaca College.

10 miles from Trumansburg

18 miles from Watkins Glenn.

10 miles from the Cayuga and Senaca Wine&Beer Trails.

DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY

This cute little cottage with vaulted post and beam ceiling has a well equipped kitchen and a tiled bathroom with shower and hair dryer. The bedroom has a queen bed and a door leading onto the spacious wrap around deck which boasts stunning views across Robert Treman Park towards Ithaca.

There is a pull out couch in the living area for a THIRD PERSON.

High speed internet and a 32' TV screen with sound bar for streaming movies and playing music are available.

The deck is equipped with a small gas grill, easy chairs and dining set with sun umbrellas

Well behaved and socially adjusted PETS are welcome. Dogs must be dog -friendly and people-friendly. They are welcome to roam our premises off-leash, swim in our pond and run on our large lawn.

Mallard Cottage is powered by solar energy and green practices are actively observed.

Explore the many activities that are available within a 10 mile radius or… just chill on the deck and enjoy the beautiful views!

If Inez (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
