The apartment, with entrance from Rue Capitaine Crespel, is located on the ground floor of a small, recently renovated building composed by three living units.

Bright example of the Art Decò - "Maison de maitre" architectural style, the flat opens onto a bright and spacious living room furnished with a sofa bed (140cm X 200cm), flat screen TV with Internet WiFi connection and dining table for 4 people. The open-plan kitchen has 4 induction hobs, extractor hood, oven with microwave, fridge with small freezer, toaster, water kettle, cutlery and crockery for 4 people.

From the living room and the kitchen you get out to the terrace with internal garden of 30 sq.mt, fitted with BBQ, dining table and chairs.

The night area is located on the mezzanine - 2 mt high - and comes with double bed (180cm x 210cm) and a capacious wardrobe. The bathroom, accessed from the entrance, is fitted with 2 basins, tub with shower and toilet.

AREA

The apartment is located in one of the most central and dynamic areas of the city, only moments from the Chaussée d'Ixelles, a famous shopping street in Brussels with shops, restaurants, supermarkets, banks, fitness centres and cinemas. In about 5 minutes on foot you get to the Avenue Louise and in 10 minutes to the European District, whilst the city centre and the Grand Place are about 15 minutes away.

Renowned for the many restaurants and the sparkling nightlife is also Place Saint Boniface (10 minutes’ walking distance), Place de Londres (15 minutes’ walking distance) and Place du Luxembourg (15 minutes’ walking distance).

PUBLIC TRANSPORTS

Porte de Namur and Louise subway stations ara about 5 minutes away. Lines 2 and 6 allow you to quickly reach the main districts of Brussels.

There are no traffic limitations to reach the apartment, but please note that there is paid on-street parking in the whole area. In the vicinity you find several garages.
