Beautiful, spacious 2- bedroom, 2- bath unit on the 15th floor of the most upscale beachfront resort on Ixtapa beach. The unit is exquisitely decorated with comfortable high end furnishings, flat screen TV's with cable and DVD players in family room and master bedroom, Bose stereo system, and free WiFi internet. The family and dining rooms have unequaled views of the entire beach and a full-length balcony which includes sitting chairs and table for four that allows one to enjoy the ocean breezes.

The master bedroom has a king size bed with pillow top mattress and private bath with large tiled shower. Both bedrooms have balconies that overlook the golf course, Ixtapa Marina, and the mountains. The. Second bedroom has two full-size beds that sleeps 4, both of which have pillow top mattresses. There is ample dresser and closet space for clothing in both rooms. All rooms offer ceiling fans with bedrooms having electronic bedside controls.

The unit has two-zone air conditioning although the ocean breezes that waft through when the windows are open are frequently all that is needed.

The dining room, which adjoins the family room, has a large onyx table that seats 8 comfortably. In addition, there is an adjoining bar (but this must be self stocked).

The kitchen is well stocked with all modern appliances including dishwasher, gas range, oven, and microwave. In addition, we supply a toaster, blender, coffee maker, teapot, and all necessary utensils, pots, pans, and serving dishes. Clothes washer and dryer are also located in the unit.

The complex offers a first class resort-style experience where every attempt to cater to your needs is made. There is 24 hour front entrance and beach side security as well as a 24 hour lobby attendant. The second floor gymnasium is large, free and includes several top of the line excercise machines. The gym faces the ocean and has large floor to ceiling windows, just as in the apartments. Additionally, there is an on-site spa with steam and sauna rooms and massage services. On the ground level there is a large children's play room overflowing with toys and games for multiple ages. There is a lighted tennis and paddle ball courts on site and ample parking. Adjacent to the administrative office, there is a business center and large theater Area.

The pool area is top of the line. There is ample sun or shaded seating and a phenomenal 70 meter infinity pool overlooking the beach. Additionally, there is a large children's wading pool, a separate adults only pool and two large jacuzzis. Seating around the pool is plentiful or there are additional lounges under the palapas on the beach. There is poolside drink and snack service available from the snack bar which also serves as the on-site restaurant where the food is quite good and affordable. The complexes wireless internet is also accessible poolside.

The beach itself is a 1.75 mile stretch of soft sand with gentle surf comfortable for children as well as boogie boarders and body surfers. Jet-skis, para-sailing, kayaking, and banana boat rides are also available.

The town of Ixtapa is small but offers multiple dining experiences from inexpensive to fine dining and all of it excellent. There many small shops and a local small craft market, ATM's, banks, pharmacies, coffee bars, gelato shops, and convenience stores nearby. In addition there are several clubs that offer an active night life as well.

Although rental cars are available cabs are plentiful. The rides to and from Zihuatanejo are inexpensive where there are additional restaurants, shops, and a fully stocked supermarket.

Our local management company will greet you and orient you to the facility and the unit. If desired pick up at the airport can also be arranged. They are readily available by phone, email, or front desk personnel at the complex can contact them for you. They will also arrange for maid/cleaning service to have the unit ready for you and do a midweek cleaning to include changing bedding and towels.
