Casa Mirador las Claras is a beautiful rustic house, surrounded by a veranda with splendid views, large terrace with barbecue, fenced and with gate for safety of children pool, garden and parking area. All within a gated for exclusive use of the occupants of the house enclosure The house is located 500 meters from Iznate, 8 km from the beach, 28 km from Málaga and very bin communicated with all the Costa del Sol. Ideal to enjoy a relaxing stay in contact with nature, to organize various tourist itineraries in the area and to go to the beach, water park or enjoy all the possibilities that the Costa del Sol can offer.

Thanks for your comment, I want to apologize if we fail in some way and also I am going to try to clarify several issues also for future clients. 1- Our house is rented complete, but it is not a hotel, so we can not offer meals or room service. Guests must bring their food and make their own beds (Everything necessary is in the closet of each room) 2 - Remember also that you came to the house about 1:00, much later than expected and did not warn of the delay or say if you needed something special. You came driving from the airport to the house and on this route there are several service stations, open 24 hours, where you can refuel or buy food (bread, milk, water, etc.). So I could not know that you needed food. 3- Regarding the furniture, I think they are all in good condition, some are rustic, according to the house and the surroundings, but this does not mean that they are old. For example the beds have been recently renovated and are very comfortable. 4- Every time we change our guests we do a thorough cleaning, this cleaning has always been well valued in many customer reviews. I regret that you do not think the same 5- In my opinion, you thought of finding a hotel instead of a rental house. I apologize if we do not explain well the difference. but maybe this conditioned your point of view about the house 6- Anyway, we appreciate and we will take into account your kind suggestions and we have changed the iron and have asked the manufacturer two drawers of the refrigerator that were a little broken by misuse of some previous guests

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jose (the owner) a message.

If Jose (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
