The townhouse is in the neighborhood of Jabaquara, a very quiet new neighborhood with beach with kiosk service restaurants by the sea and bars, hammocks and couches couches by the sea with excellent service and very good food, calm sea, all surrounded by nature and rainforest very green and the feeling of being on an island. The house is new everything organized and very clean and cozy, living room with sofa set a gurney he had seen bed and a toilet, American style kitchen with stove oven, refrigerator, microwave and utensils, laundry area with washing machine and tank and clothesline, deck with barbecue and large table with two long benches, 1 car garage, second floor 2 bedrooms with double bed each, 1 single, 1 cot, 1 bunk bed and wardrobe and air conditioning and ceiling fan, clothes bed and bath towel, bathroom with hot water shower, the district of Jabaquara this 5 minutes from the historic center by car and 15 minutes walk, has a shuttle bus each hour that cuts across the city of Paraty.

How do damage deposits work?

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Ana lucia (the owner) a message.

If Ana lucia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
