It's a Balinese villa away from the hustle and bustle of Jakarta, thus its location slightly on the outskirt but near to some of the best Malls, supermarkets and many other places of interests.

It is situated in South Jakarta although it is already in Banten province, Tangerang Selatan, location is not an issue with the low-priced fares of taxi and other means of transportations such as Uber, Go-Car and Grab car services.

With its surrounding tropical green garden and trees as well as fruits, it is secluded and private.

Unique in its design, a true authentic Indonesian experience to stay in without having to go to Bali, yet, with Western amenities that provide comfort and coziness.

Has its own porch and even entry door to the suite room each with its own mini fridge.

An experience of Indonesia that is unforgettable.

    Interaction with guest

    Since most guests stayed here with the plan they had as to attend an event during their stay, I have always made myself scarce due to their pressed for time visit of 2-3 nights they have to spend with the friends they have in this city. However, for any assistance, information, guide and/or a relaxing chit-chat you like to have, do turn to me anytime you need, just let me know.

    We regret to issue this house rules, however, due to a past experience of a guest from America who's wife is Indonesian on their visit here, the wife invites her relatives for overnight stay albeit renting the whole villa with its four rooms was the agreement, the villa can not cater to this kind of visit. Also inviting many friends over to spend the whole night although we appreciate your love of sharing this villa, it is the rule by the municipal that noise of such can not be tolerated.

    Wow, what a beautiful place to stay! It’s just outside jakarta, but if you take a ride via gojek it’s very easy and cheap to reach the centre. (I recommend to take a ride to the MRT Lebak… More

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
