Clean, comfortably furnished, private and peaceful south-facing 4 bed villa, with air-con well-located near beaches with superb panoramic sea views as well as the safety pool fence which very few villas have - ideal for your peace of mind.

We have everything you need (including WIFI and cable TV) to ensure this is the relaxing getaway holiday you desire.

Air conditioning is included in the price and is in all rooms. The villa and area are perfect for families. Very private and tranquil villa in a quiet residential area with plenty of grounds and gardens. Safe and secure large villa on big plot - just lock the big gates and switch off and relax!

Fabulous south facing large (8 x 4m) floodlit pool with secluded sun terrace and pool fence. We have 8 really comfortable quality sun loungers so you can really chill out (4 have sun shades).

Only a short drive to Javea’s sandy beach, its historic old town and fishing port. Also nearby are Calpe, Moraira, Denia and Benidorm, plus numerous supermarkets, restaurants, bars, shops, golf courses and theme parks.

The heart of the house is the glazed naya (conservatory) overlooking the pool with views of the sea. South facing, its the perfect place to start the day by having breakfast as the sun streams in. This is a lovely villa in a fantastic location and you will have a great relaxing holiday to remember forever.

* Prices fully inclusive of local taxes and utilities (one exception is gas which is extra only in the winter months). No hidden extras unlike some other rentals. Credit cards accepted. Flexible changeover day except in peak times such as May, June, July, August and September when we only accept Saturday to Saturday bookings.

A fantastic place for a holiday, a lush, green mountainous area full of coves, cliffs and beautiful sandy beaches. Javea has something for everyone with three distinct and separate areas: the historic old town, the traditional Spanish fishing village port area and the international tourist beach area full of a variety of bars and restaurants.

Principally the main draw of Javea is the crescent-shaped sheltered bay with the wide sandy beach. The waters are ever so shallow and safe for children. The promenade lining the beach is pedestrianised so you and your children can safely wander in front of the beach and choose from the incredible variety of bars and restaurants.

LIVING AREA - Large, comfortable and spacious open plan living room with formal dining area for 8. Sea views and pool views. The house has heating, an important feature for the winter.

KITCHEN - Well-equipped modern kitchen, contains everything you need i.e. fridge, freezer, oven, hob, toaster, kettle, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher.

TWIN BEDROOM 1 & 2 - The living room has a hallway which leads to two double bedrooms, both with twin beds. Both rooms have ceiling fans.

FAMILY BATHROOM - At the end of the hallway is the family bathroom with bath, sink, shower and bidet.

MASTER BEDROOM - Upstairs all on it’s own is the south facing master bedroom with king-size and has a ceiling fan above it. The en-suite bathroom has a sink, toilet and shower. In the cupboard are the 2 travel cots and a safe to protect your valuables. Highchair and playpen.

FOURTH BEDROOM (EXTERNAL) - Downstairs is the separate fourth bedroom with twin beds, en-suite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. This large bedroom is ideally suited for either teenagers for a couple who wish to have their own privacy away from the rest of the house. You access this room around the left-hand side of the house, either from the front or back. It has it's own front door which can be securely locked. This room has a ceiling fan.

Tricia is our manageress who also lives in Javea. She is on call if there are any emergencies but this shouldn't be necessary as we have our detailed info pack with clear directions and instructions on everything about the villa. We have a key box by the front gates so you do not need to stress about meeting someone if you are running late.

Why can't I call Mark (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Mark (the owner) a message.

If Mark (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
