Beautiful Apartment in the perfect location in Javea, just one road back from the beach, beach bars and restaurants.

A large, light and spacious apartment, which has recently been redecorated throughout, with a large secure garden area and gated direct access to the pools.

Equipped for family holidays or couples. Can sleep 4 + cot

5 minutes walk to Javea Port, restaurants and beach bars and a short drive or 25 minute walk to Arenal beach. 15 minute walk to the Old Town.

Double Bedroom - Spacious double room with air conditioning, room for travel cot. Blackout shutters

The apartment is in a fantastic location, one road back from the beach and its beach bars, a short 5 minute stroll into the Port with all its restaurants, shops and amenities, and 25 minute walk or a short drive to The Arunel beach with its promenade full of restaurants, shops and market stalls. The apartment is located on a quiet residential road, and off street parking is available.

Linen and Towels are provided and a full clean is included in your price, so you will find the apartment immaculate and well cared for.

It has a large outdoor area, great for entertaining outdoors or just letting your kids play is a safe secure environment. We have direct, but gated access to the pool, with a lawn area, a childrens pool and large pool. Most of the apartments in the complex are spanish owned so the pool area tends to be quiet all of the year round.

The large garden to the front and side of the apartment is private and secluded. The garden provides gated access to the pool and has a BBQ and dining area for 8 people with a sun awning. The rear terrace overlooks the pool and has a table for 4. Sun loungers are provided.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Kelly (the owner) a message.

If Kelly (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
