Golden Park is one of the most sort after complexes in Javea, managing to be attractively exclusive and yet very child friendly. This property is a well appointed modern 3/4 bedroom townhouse, just a five minute walk from the beautiful sandy Arenal beach.

The bright central living area has a stylish dining table and eight chairs, two sofas and a coffee table. The large HD television has UK TV and a Blu-Ray/DVD player. There is an audio docking station for phones and ipods, with bluetooth and wired connection. There is fibre optic right to the property and two wifi routers so fast internet connectivity is available on all 3 floors. The patio doors lead directly outside to a south facing gated terrace with dining table and chairs and 4 sunloungers. You are permitted to take the sunloungers or chairs into the communal garden but are asked to place them directly in front of the property.

The large kitchen is fully equipped with everything from a cooker to a breadboard, plus every utensil we've ever needed!

Stairs from the lounge lead to three double bedrooms and a family shower room on the 1st floor. The master suite has a Juliette balcony with table and two chairs - perfect for an early morning coffee overlooking the shared pool and garden. There is a super-king-sized bed with bedside tables, lamps and a clock radio plus plenty of wardrobe space, an en-suite bathroom (bath with shower over) and a chaise longue.

The second double bedroom has built in wardrobes and a kingsize bed, and the third bedroom has twin beds which can also be made up as a double (twin beds pushed together with super-king-sized bedding), also with built in wardrobes. These two bedrooms share the family shower room on the same floor.

Up the second flight of stairs is a large, attractive room with a vaulted ceiling and great amenities. It is currently set up as a second living room / games room with a pool table, 55" state-of-the-art 3D TV, 3D Blu-Ray/DVD player, X-box 360 and PS3. Included are plenty of games for each console (although parents should monitor game use as some are for 18s) and 3D glasses - note you will have to bring your own 3D Blu-Ray films until we build up a library of our own. There is no live UK TV on this floor. In a few seconds the room can be transformed into a penthouse double bedroom as the sofa becomes a sofabed with a modern foam mattress topper for extra comfort, plus ensuite shower room, fridge and two sun terraces! There is no door for this fourth bedroom / games room, but it is on it's own at the top of a flight of stairs.

There are separate aircon units in the sitting room and each of the 4 bedrooms which can be operated individually and there there is a fourth toilet and washroom and on the ground floor. The house has central heating, if required.

80 euros payable locally towards cleaning and linen. Please leave this on the dining table at the end of your stay.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jayne (the owner) a message.

If Jayne (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
