From the owner

Magnificent sea views, gardens and pool area complement the beautiful house. It has been designed as home, where no expense has been spared, including a new designer built swimming pool and purpose built kitchen. The spacious villa features 6 double air conditioned bedrooms (4 of which are en-suite). Providing sleeping comfort for 12. Extensive landscaped gardens flank both sides of the house. There are many areas to hide away and relax in, including a purpose built summer kitchen area, with bar and BBQ next to the swimming pool. The house is surrounded by several sun terraces and shaded areas.

The pool is larger than standard (6x12m) and has a well designed walk in , with a tasteful rockery. Next to this is the purpose built bar area, where we have a fridge freezer and a grill BBQ (gas) for meat and fish and plenty of seats. Next to this we have a changing room, bathroom and shower. There is also a table tennis table.

Villa Muntalmar is a lovely spacious villa with spectacular views and a wonderful garden. This villa was originally designed by a famous architect for his own family home and has recently been completely refurbished and improved. It is now a great place to spend a relaxing holiday for the entire family.
