This small scale complex with aprox. 50 privately owned apartments is just 500m from the beach, at the port and marina.

There are two large swimming pools, one outside and one heated indoor, and a separate children's pool, even outside jacuzzi and showers.

The apartment has its own designated parking space.

The complex is fully secured with remote controllable gates.

We rent out a 2-bedroom apartment with open view from the terrace to mountain Montgo.

The apartment is situated on a corner.

All amenities within walking distance: bars, supermarket, restaurants, ice cream parlour.

Very suitable for children or for families travelingr but wanting to have their own space, tranquility and luxe.

The apartament have air-conditioning/heating, underfloor heating, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine,

microwave, toaster, coffee machine. 1 full bathroom with bath/ shower .

Own parking space on complex grounds.

The residence offers delightful gardens, with mediterannean plants and palmtrees.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Lien (the owner) a message.

If Lien (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
