Our Unique Family penthouse, has the WOW factor, as it has 360 sq meters of private terrace, looking at the wonderful Montgo mountain and surrounding hills and is only 400 meters from the sandy Arenal beach of Javea. The one and ONLY penthouse in Javea to have a terrace that takes the whole apartment block this size. A car is not necessary as the Arenal sandy beach is within walking distance. But if required there is car parking in the private underground garage. Price does not include AC, as it is on a coin operated meter, so you only pay for it when you require it. Compulsory Mid clean and linen change €60 for 2 weeks booking. Compulsory departure clean is at €110 and both are payable upon arrival at the penthouse

Main entrance Hallway with your own Private internal lift .(suitable for elderly,) or putting in shopping to the upper level, or you can take the sweeping main staircase to upper level into the living area, Large spacious airy, Lounge with dining area, AC/HA/, wall mounted flat screen TV with free to air channels, 3 seated Sofa bed and 2 seated sofa. Dining table and chairs. All very Modern, Light airy rooms. Sunshine coming through in all windows, as the lounge faces south and north, although persianas can be pulled down if you prefer to keep the sun out.

Dining table to sit 6/8 persons, coffee table, . The apartment has WiFi with a 10 mega bites service. Quick as lightening.(Chargeable) at €20 per week

There are 3 Double patio doors in the lounge opening to the terrace to either side of the apartment block with views of the Montgo mountain. Ac unit in the lounge .The kitchen is just off the lounge and has all amenities, with coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine, hob, oven, microwave, juicer, a separate utility area is just off the kitchen with ironing board and iron, plus wash basin, a door way onto the surrounding terrace.

Off the lounge is a hallway which leads to a 2nd bedroom with twin beds and fitted wardrobes and lockable,double patio sliding patio door which leads onto the terrace, AC/ HA., 2nd shower room opposite, has a brand new double shower enclosure with room for 2.

Further down the hallway is the 3rd double bedroom with AC/HA/, walk in wardrobe with fitted units, lockable, sliding patio door to terrace. En suite bathroom has bath with shower. All bedrooms and Lounge has pull down persiana for coolness and safety.

The penthouse is only 400 meters walk to the sandy arena beach, with many bars and shop, banks on the way. The nearest supermarket is just down the road. There is a Tennis club with tennis and paddle courts nearby with a wonderful restaurant.

Out on the 360 square meter terrace is table and chairs, sun loungers and lovely garden sofa with matching chairs and coffee table, Gas BBQ and magnificent views of the Montgo. Pull out blinds for shade.

There is no other penthouse in Javea like it, and not overlooked.

The communal swimming pool has a lovely garden surrounding the pool with a gazebo for shade. Crazy golf, & Go carts, are within walking distance. Bars with live music on some evenings and and an amazing views of firework displays from the fabulous 360 sq mtrs Private terrace. To hold a booking ,only a 10% non returnable deposit of the price is required with 50% of the balance due in January and the final balance due 2 months prior to the booked date. A security deposit of £400 to be received one week in advance and returned the day after your departure.

Javea has 3 areas the Arenal (where the penthouse is located) with a beautiful white sandy beach in the shape of a horse shoe. the beach has restaurants, bars, cafes, and night life all behind the beach. Shops, banks, pharmacists, all within walking distance from the penthouse.

Then you have the Port , which is a beautiful walk along the pedestrian promenade with shops, bars, cafes, restaurants, and the cobbled beach has sun shades . The 3rd part of Javea is the old town where there are again wonderful cafes, bars and restaurants. Javea is a family town on the coast offering a wonderful family environment. Javea has a beautiful Old Town with the Thursday market and also a beautiful Port area, where you can shop for the local catches of the day. Both with shops, local restaurants, bars and cafes.

Other Activities: bowls, scuba diving, pony treking, tennis, soft ball, go carting, mini golf,trampolines,fun fair

Golf: There are many golf clubs close by. La Sella which is a 19 hole course is only 20 mins away.
