Located in Costa Nova At La Guardia Park a private gated estate in Javea, between the popular coastal resorts of Moraira and Denia.

This Villa really is 5 star luxury, centrally heated and air-conditioned throughout.

Ideal for summer or winter holidays. Heated private pool enables swimming all year round, that includes Christmas & New Years Eve !

Casa Sueños II briefly comprises a large entrance hallway, living - dining room. Large sliding doors that open to bring the outside seamlessly in.

Modern High gloss kitchen, 2 ovens, 2 fridges, freezer, 2 microwaves & large induction hob. The kitchen comes fully equipped, with every utensil you could wish for.

6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Heated swimming pool (Optional), table tennis table, Pool Table & trampoline. Exclusive Hot springs 8 seat hot tub with coloured fountains & 87 jets, large poolside water feature, selection of bicycles that are free for guests to use.

Outside we have an outdoor kitchen BBQ, sink, fridge & chill area. With dining table, bar area & lounge.

The first master bedroom suite has a walk in wardrobe, large patio doors leading to pool area, ensuite shower room with his & hers sinks. Imported 6ft queen size bed, with 42” Curved screen UHD Sat TV, secure locking safe & distinct designer furniture throughout.

The second master bedroom has a king size bed, large double inbuilt wardrobe’s, ensuite bath/shower room, Flat screen Sat TV, secure locking safe & distinct designer furniture.

The third master bedroom has a king size bed, large double wardrobe, secure locking safe & distinct designer furniture, this bedroom can be interconnected by private corridor to another bedroom making a private suite. Idea for families with young children to keep an eye on.

This room has 2 single beds. Both have flat screen Sat TV's and share a bathroom.

How do damage deposits work?

If Nick (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
