A charming, traditional Spanish villa located in a quiet residential area of Costa Nova close to both Ambolo & Granadella beaches with private pool in lovely garden, Air Conditioning & Wifi.

Casa Escondida enjoys a very private, elevated but level, south westerly aspect, which is particularly advantageous for early & late season sun, with easy access & is very child friendly.

Local facilities include supermarket & bakers (300m), & a number of good restaurants. The villa is on one level, totally accessible without using steps, ideal for the elderly or young children.

Casa Escondida benefits from an elevated south westerly aspect which ensures sun throughout the day & has numerous recreational activities which offer entertainment for both children and adults. ie Pool, table tennis, golf net.

The sitting room has a wood burning stove, Satellite TV with all European channels, SKY, DVD player and FREE WIFI Internet.

Tosca stone archway leads to a dining room with dining table & chairs to comfortable seat 6+ people.

A fully fitted kitchen with traditional style Castilian doors including a cooker with gas hob, washing machine, fridge freezer, dishwasher,

microwave, kettle & toaster.

From the dining room a hallway leads to 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

All bedrooms are fitted with Air Conditioning.

Bed 1: Master bedroom with kingsize bed, bedside cabinets, fitted wardrobe with safe & en suite bathroom with bath / shower, bidet, sink & WC

Bed 2: Twin bedroom with two single beds, bedside cabinets & fitted wardrobe.

There are french doors leading from the dining room to a delightful open Naya (veranda) which overlooks the lovely private swimming pool and garden with views towards Granadella area. The Naya accommodates for al fresco dining and is completely shaded and tranquil throughout the day, breakfast here is wonderful in the morning sun.

An alternative and larger dining table is provided at the rear of the property with direct access from the kitchen making this area perfect for family dining or evening entertainment.

You will also find a portable BBQ and a second fixed BBQ by the swimming pool.

As well as an extensive paved area around the 8m x 4m private pool there is a 30m2 sunbathing area with sun loungers & parasols, allowing you to enjoy the sun all day. The pool has recently been fitted with a solar cover to retain the suns heat during the winter months to allow for use all year round. A solar pool cover optimizes solar energy absorption and conserves heat by sealing it in the water. It can raise the temperature of a pool as much as 4 degrees C within 4 days.

Along with the wood burner situated in the living room Casa Escondida also benefits from central heating ( if required in winter months ), Air Conditioning units in all bedrooms and insect netting to all windows ( which allows the windows to be left open for pleasant evening ventilation ).

There is also extensive secure off road parking with shaded car port which is for ideal for numerous cars, or boat if required.

Two tennis centres with equipment for hire are within a 10 minute walk. The gently sloping, soft sand of the Arenal beach is equipped with all necessary facilities and is only a 5 minute drive by car.

Granadella beach, which has been voted one of the best in Spain, is only a 20 minute walk from Casa Escondida.

There is also a free bus service from the bottom of the road to Granadella in high season. TIP: Go early & come back to the peace & quiet of the villa after lunch.

We provide a socially distanced meet & greet service on arrival to ensure that your holiday gets off to the best possible start. If you have a late arrival, keys may be left in a key safe & our housekeeper will visit the next day to ensure that all is ok. We also provide a welcome pack which includes milk, water & bread etc so you can get that essential cup of tea. We only ask that you replace any tea & coffee etc that you may use from the storage jars so that those that follow have sufficient. Thanks

Why can't I call Mark (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Mark (the owner) a message.

If Mark (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
