Ático-Dúplex en Jerez frente al Campus Universitario, a diez minutos andando de la Feria, quince del Centro y a diez minutos en coche del circuito de velocidad. Las playas están a 17 km (15 min por la autovía). Tres habitaciones, salón, dos baños, cocina, tres terrazas, una de 35 m2 otra de 15 m2 y otra de 8 m2. El piso tiene 80 m2 útiles. Dos habitaciones con cama de matrimonio y una tercera con dos camasde 90. Totalmente equipado. Ideal para Motos, Feria, Semana Santa y vacaciones en general. Piscina provisionalmente cerrada por motivos relacionados con las políticas del COVID-19. Posibilidad de párking particular.

I receive at home when you arrive. The arrival time is normally set at 17h even if you avisáis with time can adjust to your arrival.     Why can't I call JAIME (the owner) before booking?

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    If JAIME (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
