A modern 2 bedroom apartment -85m²/915ft² with a large open terrace (enjoy the pure mountain breeze and sunset on the Jerusalem horizon) + Spacious living room is available for short and mid-term rentals.

The apartment is situated on the 8th floor (2 Elevators available) and offers a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, bathtub, underfloor heating, central AC, Cable TV with Netflix,bluetooth hifi set, WiFi, washer, oven, cook-top and fridge.

✿ Located in one of jerusalem's most central locations on Sderot Hanassi Hashishi - one minute drive from the main entrances to the city.

I'll meet up with you to hand you the keys + parking remote, if it happens to be and i am out of town, ill make sure it will arranged for you to access the apartment easily. I go above and beyond for my guests and will be available on my mobile/email the entire stay 24/7. - Ask about early check in / late check out, if possible I'll be happy to accommodate them. - If you wish to have the cleaning lady clean the place mid-stay let me know a day or two in advance (50$ for each time). - Ask about babysitting service by a really nice and responsible English speaking young woman. --Besides that you have your complete privacy--

Why can't I call Dr.Haim (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Dr.Haim (the owner) a message.

If Dr.Haim (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
