The bird-filled woods & lush vegetation of the surrounding neighborhood will make you forget about your day-to-day stresses, push you to deepen your breaths and help you unwind. The toughest choice you will face each day is whether to head to the beach along the boardwalk, spend the day splashing in your own private pool & soaking in the hot tub or take advantage of all the other tremendous activities that Kiawah Island has to offer.

This much sought-after home is the perfect vacation getaway for families, friends or just you. Pool and hot tub is serviced weekly by a pool service company. It is NOT serviced on every arrival day. Storms and prior guests may mean it is not in pristine condition.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
