Here in Blanket.Pillow+Bolster we provide a temporary mobile phone for our Guest. We are contactable from 8am to 11pm. Do contact us during emergency situation, we will do our best to provide assistance.

House Rules

1. Check in time is (14:00 hrs), please inform the BPB person-in-charged if you are going to be early or late.

2. Check out time is (12:00 hrs), please inform the BPB person-in-charged if you wish to retain your stay beyond this time. Extension will be given depending on the availability.

3. Due to hygiene concern, pets as of any kinds are strictly not allowed within this premise.

4. Smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises. Smoking is only allowed outdoors. Cleaning fee maybe deducted from deposit when evidence of smoking is found within the boutique house.

5. The Guest shall be solely liable and responsible their guests , invitees visitors, for all loss financial or otherwise and damage that may be caused by such articles or as a result of the guests' own negligence.

6. The Guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the premise caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible. Any damages or loss of items listed in Inventory Check List will be deducted from the deposit. If the deposit insufficient to cover the expenses, BPB reserves the right to pursue the additional compensation from guest via legal channel.

7. BPB will not be liable for any damages or loss of guests' belongings, or properties, or injuries due to accident or any uncontrolled events e.g. theft or robbery.

8. When not in used, please turn off all electrical appliances i.e. air cons, fans and lights. Do not leave flow water unattended. Please SAVE the mother earth together.

9. Please do not leave trash in the rooms, doorways, or other common areas. Trash bins are available throughout the premise. Kindly maintain the cleanliness of the bedroom textiles. Do not wear outside shoes inside the house.

10. It is agreed that the guest will conduct him/ herself in a respectable manner and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the neighbourhood.

To get around, there are good taxi/cab drivers you can contact and make arrangement with.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
