A stunning detached 3 bedroom villa on the South Finger of Jolly Harbour. The villa is set on an enviable location on the waterway with the picturesque ‘Sleeping Indian’ hills in the distance. On entering the property the gourmet kitchen is equipped with a Double American Fridge Freezer with built in Ice Maker & Water Dispenser, dish washer, toaster, microwave, double sink, large 4 ring cooker with oven, ample cupboard space and a large walk in storage cupboard. This area also boasts integral ceiling lighting and wooden paddle fan.

From the living area, and up the staircase leads you to the large, bright King Size master bedroom.

This bedroom has a grand en suite bathroom with his & hers sinks, a wet room and extensive cupboard space.

This bedroom also features a walk in closet with hanging and shelved storage.

There is also a separate shelved storage cupboard.

From double patio doors, walk out onto your own private balcony overlooking the waterway and the hills beyond.

Off the master bedroom there is a second balcony over looking the front gardens.

From the dining area, through large double French doors leads you out and onto the AL Fresco dining area which seats 6 persons. From the living area, again through large double French doors leads you onto the gallery with deck steps down to the waterway deck. The expansive lower deck is ideal for relaxing with family & friends.

Adjacent to the property you have a separate laundry area complete with a large sink and top loader washing machine.

This property also boasts two 30′ finger piers and driveway parking for 1 vehicle.
